Turquoise was never meant to be a typical restaurant. Tucked inside the Museum of Decorative Arts in the heart of Old Town, it grew from a deep passion for honest, sun-soaked cooking into a full Mediterranean experience — generous sharing plates, aromatic spices, and a warmth that makes every table feel like a gathering of old friends.
Every key ingredient — from the tahini to the za'atar — is sourced directly from the Mediterranean, because shortcuts have no place here.
