- Is the Turquoise Club free?
- Yes. Membership is free and every member receives the same benefits.
- When can I use my birthday gift?
- Any time during your birthday week — a few days before and after your birthday. We recommend booking a table.
- Do I need an app?
- No. Your member code and QR are shown after sign-up — take a screenshot, or simply tell your waiter your name or phone number.
Privacy note
- Who: Turquoise Mediterranean Brasserie, Široká 1, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic.
- What we keep: your name, phone, e-mail, birthday, preferred language, how you heard about us, and your visits and redeemed gifts.
- Why: to run the Turquoise Club — recognise you, give your welcome and birthday gifts (legal basis: our agreement with you). Offers and invitations are sent only if you tick the consent box (legal basis: your consent).
- How long: while you are a member. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time — just ask our team or write to us via the contact page.
- We never sell your data. You may also complain to the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ).
